Where it can, Marfeel removes the desktop video embed in a publisher's pages and replaces it with a much smaller optimised video solution. This improves the page load time significantly.
But even with over 100 different video providers supported, there are some which Marfeel needs to enable support for in advance.
Reasons embedded content might be failing in the Marfeel solution
The reason your embedded content may not be showing in Marfeel may be due to one of the following:
- It’s something already supported but Marfeel needs to enable it on your site
- It’s something that needs to be developed to support in the future
- It’s something that refuses to play nice in the Marfeel environment and can’t be supported.
If you encounter an issue like this in the Marfeel solution, send an email to the Customer Success team with an example of the URL on your site where the embedded content's not working, and they'll investigate further and get back to you as soon as they can.
