In some cases, users are prompted to select a security certificate in a pop-up window when they access Insight. If this happens, follow these steps:

  1. In the window displayed asking you to select a certificate to use, click Cancel.
  2. You will be directed to the regular Insight login page where you can sign in with your username and password, or your Google credentials. 

    If you accidentally clicked Continue, you will receive a 400 Bad Request Error
  3. Mac users that clicked Continue must perform the following steps to successfully access Insight again:

    1. Open the Keychain Access application.

    2. Right-click and select Delete

  4. Access Insight again and click the Cancel option if the security certificate pop-up is displayed. You will be directed to the Insight login page to sign in with your user credentials.
