Invalidation process

  1. Connect to Insight.
  2. Search for the tenant you want to invalidate content for in Insight. 
  3. Click Content Control.
  4. Click Invalidate.
  5. Select Article, Section or Statics in the Object to invalidate field depending on the object the partner wants to invalidate. 
  6. Enter the desktop URL of the specific object in the URL field. 
  7. Click Apply.


The action performed will be displayed in the Audits section with all the corresponding information. For more information regarding the Audits section, see the Content Control article.  

 When you want to invalidate a section, please remember that the URL you introduce in the field should end with '/'
