The progress of every support issue you send to email@example.com can be tracked through email notifications or accessing the issue in the Marfeel Help Center dashboard. In this dashboard, you can also add a comment or an attachment to the ticket.
To track the progress of your support ticket:
- Click View Request in the automated email provided to the see the issue in Marfeel's Help Center dashboard.
- The stage your ticket is in is displayed next to the subject of your issue.
Any notifications regarding this issue will also generate an email notification providing an update within the same email thread.
To turn off all notifications for this issue, click Turn off this request's notifications.
