Steps to deactivate a Marfeel PWA
- Contact your Customer Success Executive and inform them of your wish to deactivate. The reason you have to contact your Customer Success Executive is because a Marfeel engineer must perform an instantaneous manual procedure on Marfeel's end to deactivate a partner's PWA.
- Customer Success communicates the deactivation notice to the technical team and your Marfeel PWA is instantly deactivated.
