Marfeel offers a pro-forma invoicing model. In the Pro-forma invoicing model, Marfeel creates invoices on behalf of the customer that details the payment made according to the payment plan and terms agreed in the contract.

These invoices can be accessed and downloaded in Insight.

Download an invoice

To download an invoice in Insight:

  1. Expand the Inbox menu in the side panel for the tenant you want download an invoice for and select View invoices. 
  2. Your invoices are displayed in chronological order. Click Download for the invoice you want to download and view.

Only Billing users can download invoices.
